I have been to this establishment several times now and have always had a good experience. The employees have always been very polite and eager to start their job at vacuuming while I go inside to pay. It's never seemed to busy, were I felt as if they were taking to long. With that said, I am not normally a person to write a review, however; today's visit was a different experience from past visits. Today started off as it normally would have(in the past). Politeness right off that bat. I went inside to pay as normal, came out, and noticed that one of the employees was right behind my car trying to do tricks on his skateboard. Some right in the direction of my car. Slightly upset, at this behavior, I watched carefully and also noticed several employees smoking right beside my car, as it was being vacuumed out(being a smoker myself, I still found this very unsettling) . This visit as a whole was Just completely unprofessional. I have returned, and trusted this company at least 5 times before, however; this last visit has me questioning my return. I suggest maybe an employee lounge, or someplace outside of the public eye for your staff to kill some time in between jobs!
The best car wash experience EVER. They were busier than they expected and were a little short staffed. Despite they still cleaned my car better than any of the competitors and smiled through it. I loved the experience and will definitely be going back. Was worth the extra wait for them to clean my car right. Also as I was leaving, a young man was called in on his day off to help out but still managed to be happy to work.
They care about doing a good job,they have make to order coffees there.
My first and not last visit. The guys were very friendly and did a great job. They also paid attention to detail. All you need is the Silver package.
Just went here for the first and last time. I know my car was very dirty, but I still need to wash it again myself now. Not sure they even washed the front grill area or even open the back to vacuum or wash around the opening. They did ask if it looked alright, but I hate to have to look over the work of someone I paid money to, thinking they should know their job. Nice place, but I won't be going back again.
